We understand that sometimes things don't always go according to plan so we have made this Refund/Replacement Policy to help you!

 

CHANGES ON ORDERS:

Customers are allowed to make changes to orders placed within 24 hours of making their purchases. We do not accept changes of orders outside the 24 hours window and the reason for this is because all our orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment and logistics for processing the next morning! If you made a mistake with your order details or shipping address. Please send us an email at support@thatspoppin.com ASAP within 24 hours and we'll do our best to support you!

 

REPLACEMENT POLICIES:

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you.

If you received an item that is in the wrong color or size than the one you originally order, please email us a photo to show proof of this. if it's our fault, we'll take responsibility and get your correct one shipped out to you.

 

REFUND POLICY:

If you wish to request a refund after 24 hours of a purchase time stamp, you must wait till you receive your product before you return the package in it's new, unopened, original condition, back to us. Customers will be responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouse. Please send us the tracking number so we can help track your return packages. Once we receive your item, inspect the product, we'll grant you the full refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please allow up to a few weeks.

Note: That'spoppin will not be held liable to any misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from happening.
